SPPM approached Cadplan to conduct a sizeable measured building survey of a prominent 6 floor Victorian structure on New Oxford Street
.A potential renovation and updating of some of the building's areas required up to date, accurate drawings of the 9800m sq. site that includes retail outlets, residential apartments, basement storage, underground carpark and utility areas.
Documentation needed includes floor plans of all 6 upper floors and of the basement. Also needed are detailed external elevations and sectional drawings.
Cadplan's building surveyors will be on site using a Faro 3D laser scanner and GeoMax total station taking approximately 3 weeks to survey producing laser scans, readings and photographs.
Cadplan's CAD technicians will then download and utilise the recorded data to create all the required drawings with required accuracy and detail. The project is due to be completed within 4 weeks.
