Cadplan's building surveyors were on site to laser scan the combined commercial and residential building on the Brighton Road over 2 days scanning all floors, walls and roof.
Overall, 183 scans were taken from internal and external positions including the temporary scaffolding to provide point cloud data for the CAD team to work from.
From the data, Cadplan are able to provide accurate 2D drawings of all floor plans and basement plan, external detailed elevation, a range of sections and roof plan to the client within a few days to help enable the rapid refurbishment plans.
