Cadplan revisited Sussex House at the heart of London's West End as the building goes through a major overhaul. The building that has housed a pub / eatery with offices above has been in development for some time and construction specialist Osborne required Cadplan's services to assist.
After the complete strip-out of the building Cadplan's building surveyors 3D laser scanned the whole site to provide a set of floor plans and sections.
Setting out process was then conducted for contractors to refer to for the building renovation.
80 laser scans were taken over 2 sessions providing point clouds from where accurate drawings were produced within a structured time frame.
