Charlton Brown Architects contacted Cadplan to survey and provide a range of 2D drawings for a proposed renovation of the iconic Cannon Hall, situated in North London.
The project needed a site survey and up to date versions of all floor and roof plans, including loft area and pool house. Detailed external elevations and sections were also required for the project of the 18th Century built home that has been altered and extended in its time.
Cannon Hall was recently bought and has been residence to some famous individuals including actor Gerald Maurier. Two of the 6 bedroom house's outer buildings have been used for public service including a "lock up" and a magistrate's court.
Cadplan's building surveyors were on site for 3 days with the Faro 120 laser scanner taking 316 scans to register the house and grounds. From the produced data Cadplan's CAD team are able to provide accurate and detailed drawings within 3 weeks.
