Cadplan Assist in Facelift of Thomas Neal's Centre

The renovation of Covent Gardens shopping arcade is documented by Cadplan

SPPM contracted Cadplan to 3D laser scan and provide Ground and First Floor Plans and updated Sectional Elevations from a previous project at the Thomas Neal's Centre site.

The triangular building near to Covent Garden's Seven Dials was named after the MP who served the local constituency. The 18th century building started life as a warehouse for food and books.

In recent times it was turned in to a trendy shopping arcade with major clothing brands and also housed restaurants too. Its complete overhaul is due to the owner wanting to market it as a potential flagship store for a retail brand in the heart of London.

Cadplan's building surveyors were on site for 2 days using a Faro 120 3D laser scanner to cover 21,000 square foot site. All CAD drawings were completed after 3 days.
