Mark Pinney Associates requested Cadplan to undertake an extensive measured building survey for the early 20th century-built, 6 story building in London's Farringdon.
The recently refurbished block that combines a retail unit, offices and upper floor residences needed up to date, accurate building documentation for lease plan data and potential further development.
Cadplan's surveyors were on site for 4 days using a Faro 3D laser scanner with full documentation of roof plans, floor plans and elevations to be delivered within 4 weeks.
