Cadplan were contracted by a housing developer to survey a derelict church and provide a 3D Massing Model, 3D Revit Model, Full Floor plans, Full Elevations and Sectional Elevations.

The project also required Elevations of surrounding buildings and a Topographic Survey for the 17th century-built church that had closed its doors to worshippers since the late 1990's.

Cadplan worked closely with the developer on the project for 5 months, 10 days of which Cadplan's surveyors were extensively scanning the site using the FARO 3D 120S.
