Mews of Mayfair

Mews of Mayfair, the exclusive West London restaurant and cocktail bar required a measured building survey for a refurbishment project at the end of 2016.

Brookes Architects had contracted Cadplan to survey the establishment and required floor plans of all 4 floors, roof plans, sections and elevations as they worked with their client.

The prestigious collection of buildings were originally 18th century houses including 2 rows of buildings and courtyard and were redeveloped as an eatery in 2006. It now hosts the exclusive, trendy brands of La Cave, Mews Art Gallery, Mayfair Pizza and the Cartizze Bar.

Cadplan’s building surveyors were on site for 3 days, working around the main restaurant opening times using the Faro 120s 3D laser scanner.

All building plan documentation was delivered within just 3 weeks.
