Home to the Irish Club since 1955 when King George V1 suggested to the Duke of Westminster to offer the premises on favourable terms because of the Irish War effort, the premises were sold in 2003 and hence the Estate required a detailed survey for its conversion to a residential property. Cadplan has carried out over 50 other surveys for the Estate in Eaton Square as part of their ‘Renaissance Project’ in the past seven years.
